Notice of Annual General Meeting East Yorkshire Cyclists’ Touring Club (EYCTC)

Notice is hereby given that EYCTC will hold their delayed Annual General Meeting on:
Tuesday 4th May 2021 by “Zoom” starting at 7.30pm.

Any Items for the Agenda please send to Dave Berger (secretary) BY 23rd APRIL at: cossie44@gmail.com

The finalised agenda and associated reports will be available to those that register for the (Virtual) meeting in the restricted area of the EYCTC website.
In order to register to attend this meeting, and to receive the password for the restricted area please contact the webmaster Phil Tong by email at (phileyctc@gmail.com), or by ‘Contact Us’ on the website .
Attendance will be restricted to a maximum of 100 (limitation of the Zoom licence). – we would be amazed if anything like that number register interest!!
In addition there are 5 positions on the present committee which have been filled by co-optees over the past 6 months. These positions are up for election and those co-optees are willing to stand, but
the positions are available for other nominations if members so wish.

The present co-optees are:
Dave Berger (Secretary)
Gill Fabricant (Right to Ride/Cycling Advocacy & Publicity and Marketing)
Linda Ricketts (Right to Ride /Cycling Advocacy & Publicity and Marketing)
Sheila Mullen (Social)
Nigel Graham (without portfolio)

The other members of the present committee are:

Dave Burman (Chair)
Sheila Sampson (Treasurer)
Tracey Parker (Membership)
Phil Tong (Webmaster)
and (not a full member of the committee) John Duncan (Ride participant monitor).

Any Nominations for positions on the committee need to be notified to Dave Berger, proposed and seconded by current members of EYCTC by 23rd April 2021 (by email to the above address).
This Notice has also been sent out by Cycling UK through their IT system, and as an attachment through the Whatsapp list of riders.

EYCTC does not hold a comprehensive database of email addresses due to Data Protection issues.
